The total producing consumption

1. Power: 20kw/hour in total (but it is not every device start at the same time).

2.Cooling circuit water: 50m3/hour in total (the water can be recirculated and the more the water flow, the better the cooling down).

3.Fuel for heating:

30——40KG coal for processing one ton raw oil for average.

20——30KG diesel for processing one ton raw oil for average.

4.Space for machine: 450 square meter (the smallest space).

5.Workers or shift: 4 to 6 workers which can be divided by two groups

Working process

Pump the raw oil for further processing into reboiler, catalyse and heat in a decompression state to distill oil vapour, make the oil vapour pass the condenser, then the part that can be liquefied will be condensed into oil product, and the part that cannot be liquefied will be sent into air heater for burning   

 

Innovative technology

1.avoiding the reactor being burnt through by reforming the furnace, which will lengthen the life span of the main reactor for 2 to 3 years.

2.preventing the phenomena of breaking out a fire during the process of discharging slag, opening the furnace door and taking out steel wires during the production .

3.improving the oil output by another 5% compared to similar machine. 

4.saving energy. The special design of heat preservation can save the energy by 30%

5.discharging slag in the closed environment. We can discharge slag in the high temperature of 350 centigrade.

 

Main features

 

1.The complete set of unit produces no smoke and smell with favourable effects of environmental protection.

2.The pressure release device operates through water circulation, which greatly improves the security of the system.

3.The release of pressure during the production dramatically increases the output within certain time and meanwhile improves the quality of oil.

4.The heating system adopts hot air heating technology, which improves the safety performance of production and heating efficiency.

5.High efficiency fuel gas heating system. When the heated gas reaches 150 during refining, a large amount of gas will be generated: through methane to butane, which cannot be liquefied under normal temperature. A large quantity of energy will be generated after these gases fully burn within a specially designed gas burner. Then energy will be saved greatly.

Security

1.The security of main device: the main components of the exhaust gas that cannot be liquefied are alkanes class from C1to C4,whose direct burning is dangerous. Therefore, we shall first make them pass water seal of the first safety device before burning up them as fuels, and further make them pass the gas burner of the second safety device; then the safe production shall be realized completely.

2.Our waste engine oil purifier is equipped with thermometer, pressure gauge, safety valve, all of which make the safety control process easier.

Environmental protection

1.In the dedusting system, three steps are used to dedust the hot smoke from reactor

2.The exhaust gas will be directly recycled for heating reactor, no gas pollution

3.All parts are well-sealed, so air leakage can be avoided
